Registration and Participation:

1. Participants must register for the fun run event through the designated registration process.
2. By registering, participants acknowledge that they are physically fit and capable of participating in the event.
3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Event Guidelines:

1. Participants must follow the instructions, rules, and guidelines provided by the event organizers.
2. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards other participants, volunteers, and event staff.
3. Participants must adhere to the designated route and refrain from taking shortcuts or engaging in any form of cheating.

Health and Safety:

1. Participants understand and accept that participating in the fun run event involves inherent risks. They should consult with a medical professional if they have any concerns about their health or physical condition.
2. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. They should take necessary precautions, including wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
3. Event organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure participant safety, such as providing first aid stations and following local safety regulations.

Liability:

1. Participants understand and acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in the fun run event at their own risk.
2. Event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
3. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Event organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to participants’ belongings.

Photography and Media:

1. Participants grant event organizers the right to use their name, photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes.

Cancellation or Changes:

1. Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.
2. In the event of cancellation or changes, event organizers will provide updates and information regarding refunds or alternative arrangements.

Refunds:

1. Registration Fees are non-refundable. 
2. In the event that a participant were unable to join the run, they are still entitled to claim the respective merch in the corresponding category they have paid. 

By participating in the BNG Chamba Run 2023, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Event organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants who fail to adhere to these terms or engage in any behavior that disrupts the event or compromises the safety of others.
